PoleStar

PoleStar was born from the experience of nearly 40 years in the compressed air market.

Since its launch, PoleStar’s advanced design concepts have led it to become one of the benchmark refrigeration air dryers on the international compressed air market.

PoleStar’s operating parameters have increased to a generous 60°C air inlet temperature and 50°C ambient temperature and power consumptions have been reduced even further. PoleStar offers excellent dew point performances, in full accordance with ISO 7183 norms.

Furthermore, PoleStar has been designed with maximum respect for the environment. Environmentally friendly refrigerant is standard across the range, and all materials can be recycled at the end of their operating life.

PoleStar HP

Recent technological advances and market trends have led to a significant increase in the need for compressed air at pressures of up to 50 bar. Foremost amongst these applications is the manufacture of environmentally friendly plastic bottles (PET). PET production requires a significant investment in capital equipment and demands a very high manufacturing rate together with extreme quality and precision.

There are many other medium pressure applications, but they all share the same request for ever higher quality air and failsafe reliability. PoleStar HP perfectly caters for these needs.

The excellent dew point performance, a compressed air side which is entirely in stainless steel and sophisticated individual dryer testing all ensure that PoleStar HP guarantees the very highest quality finished product together with a continuous, hassle-free production process. Large Capacity Dryers

Those industries characterised by the need for high quantities of compressed air generally require air treatment equipment which combine high air flow potentials with absolute reliability. Hiross Large Capacity Refrigeration Air Dryers have been developed to guarantee very high flows, 24 hours a day, in all industrial compressed air applications. Air flows of up to and beyond 450 m3/min are offered, in all industrial compressed air applications, with special configurations to cater for all user needs. Refrigeration R404A is offered as standard, with others on request. These days can furthermore be specified for high pressure applications, as well as with special materials. Several voltages are available in either 50 Hz or 60Hz configurations.
