BOSS - Condensate Cleaners

The Buoyant Oleophilic Separating System or BOSS for short, is a patented method of removing lubricants from water. Using a floating filter to efficiently capture the bulk of the lubricant has proved to be a cleaner and far more reliable method than a weir and bottle.

The BOSS filter easily handles lubricants such as Ingersoll Rand's "Ultra Coolant" even though the lubricant-coolant has a density of .98 and hardly floats on water.

The dynamic self regulating action of the BOSS condensate cleaners filter has proved perfectly able to cope with mixtures of lubricants from different makes of compressors. If, for instance, you need a Condensate Separator to cope with a combination of Atlas Copco and Ingersoll Rand screw compressors the BOSS filter would adapt and work perfectly.
